Getting adequate hydration is important. However, giving up soda, juice, and cow’s milk doesn’t mean you need to drink only water. When choosing a beverage, make sure it has no added sugars. Avoid artificial sweeteners like sucralose or aspartame, opting for erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit instead. Limit your consumption of caffeinated beverages to one or two servings, and make sure you consume them early in the day. These are some of the drinks I recommend:
