This meal plan was designed for one person eating three meals per day. The average macros are: 13g total carbs, 101g protein, 86g fat, 5 g fiber, and 1224 kcal per day. It is OK to add in more fat and/or protein if you are very hungry, especially during the first few weeks of going keto. If you need more protein or fat than this, you may add in keto snacks, sides, or desserts as needed to meet your macros.
