When following a ketogenic lifestyle, some of the foods we eat have less water in them than some of the foods we avoid. This makes it extra important to drink enough water. In general, you should drink 1/2 an ounce of water for every pound that you weigh each day. For me, this is easier when I’m moving around a lot and spending time outside. In the winter, I find myself sitting more and getting outside less.
