These meals include bacon, sausage, eggs, French toast, pancakes, roasted chicken, BBQ ribs, chicken fajita casserole, steak, chili, and more. This meal plan does include dairy and nuts.
This meal plan was designed for a family of four eating three meals per day. The average macros are: 16g carbs, 101g protein, 83g fat, 5 g fiber, and 1202 kcal per day. It is OK to add in more fat and/or protein if you are very hungry, especially during the first few weeks of going keto. If some of your family members need more protein or fat than this, they may add in keto snacks, sides, or desserts as needed to meet their macros. If you are cooking for fewer than four people, you may need to add in leftover clean up meals or days as needed.
